This new feature, named, “Visual Delivery Confirmation,” is designed to provide our customers with visual proof of our drivers’ arrivals at stops, ensuring greater transparency and building trust in our delivery process.
What is Visual Delivery Confirmation
Visual Delivery Confirmation is an advanced feature that offers an abbreviated breadcrumb trail, allowing customers to see clear visual representations of our drivers’ movements at delivery points. This feature is located on the Order Details page within the Order History section of the ADDI Portal, alongside other available graphics such as pictures and signatures.
Key Features:
- Directional Arrows: Indicates the direction in which the driver is traveling.
- GPS Pings:
- Up to 3 GPS pings as the driver approaches the stop.
- A GPS ping at the location when the driver arrives at the stop.
- Up to 3 GPS pings as the driver drives away from the stop.
- Interactive Map: Users can click on any of the pings, and the stop itself, to verify the exact time the driver was at that location.
